Refund Policy

t Aeris Bloome, we put care into everything we create — and we want you to feel good about your purchase. Below is our policy on refunds and returns for both digital and physical items.

🖥️ Digital Products (Workbooks, Downloads, Printables)

Due to the nature of digital items, all digital sales are final and non-refundable once delivered. This includes:

  • Journals or workbooks (PDF or interactive)

  • Printable prompts or guides

  • Freebies obtained through email sign-up

If you have trouble accessing your download or received the wrong file, please email us at [your email address] and we’ll gladly help resolve it.

📦 Physical Products (Printed Journals, Merch, etc.)

We accept refund or exchange requests only in cases where:

  • Your item arrived damaged or defective

  • You received the wrong item

To request a replacement or refund:

  1. Email aerisbloome@outlook.com within 7 days of receiving your order

  2. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue

  3. We’ll review and do our best to make it right

Please note:

  • We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse or accidental purchases

  • Return shipping (if needed) may be the customer’s responsibility

🛍️ Workshop & Service Bookings (If applicable)

For live events or 1:1 reflection sessions, we may allow cancellations up to 48 hours in advance for a full refund or credit. No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
